1. The hardness of the end of the tail handle of the rock drill is HRC49-55 within 30 millimeters. If the hardness is too high, it is easy to damage the piston by bursting the top; If the hardness is too low, it is easy for the top of the pile to be unable to pull out the solder tail.
2. The end face of the rock drill should be flat and perpendicular to the axis of the drill rod, and the chamfer should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the piston life and rock drilling efficiency.
3. The difference in wall thickness between the tail water needle hole of the rock drill and the six aspects should be less than 1.2 millimeters.
2、 How to disassemble and assemble a rock drill:
1. Air distribution valve of rock drill:
Be careful when tapping the small end of the piston when taking the distribution valve from the cylinder block! Never touch the copper liner of the guide sleeve assembly. Scrap spiral rods and air needles can be used to knock them in place with the center hole. When disassembling and assembling the gas distribution valve, attention should be paid and no stacking or bumping should cause burrs. When reassembling, the parts must be kept clean and gently shaken after installation. The valve should be able to move flexibly.
2. Rock drill tail sleeve:
The drill tail sleeve and the rotating sleeve are static fit, and can be knocked out or in with a hammer during disassembly and assembly.
3. Rock drill screw nut:
The spiral nut and piston are connected by left-hand threads, and attention should be paid to the direction of rotation during disassembly and assembly.
4. When reassembling the entire machine, the two long screw nuts must be tightened evenly. Install the drill tail and rotate it easily and freely by hand.
